i am a reader by nature. i'm the type of guy who read the world book encyclopedia cover to cover....when i was a kid. not on the internet..........when it was still 27 books worth. my dad sold worldbook door to door.....part time in the evenings.......after teaching school all day. he was good at it. i get most of my "persuasion skills" from him. it was that extra income from selling world book.....that enabled me to go to college.

oh...i know what some of you are saying right this minute. oh...... here goes that m.j. again.....being negative. quite the contrary. i'm gonna give you a tip in this blog posting....which will improve the quality of your leads by 450%.

if you are not READING AND STUDYING to improve yourself as a person.......and EDUCATING YOURSELF ABOUT MARKETING in the 21st century.......you are like a dinosaur. you will become extinct....really fast. on average i try to read and purchase one new book or course......to educate myself every other month. YOU HAVE TO HAVE MONEY TO INVEST IN YOURSELF AND YOUR CONTINUING EDUCATION. spend money....to make money. ever hear that before ?????

here's the big tip. ready ???? write this down. when you are doing your two minute invite on the phone to a prospect......after finding out what he does for a living.....how much cash he wants......and what he'd do with the cash if he had it............ask him/her this. "what books or articles on self improvement or marketing are you reading right now ???? "

if they can give you an answer to that question......98% won't........YOU HAVE A GOLDEN EGG PROSPECT ON YOUR HANDS.

i really should charge you $164,000+ for the info i just gave you for free. that's about what a masters degree in marketing costs these days. mba graduates do not know.....and are not taught what you now know.
